Octavo. (182)pp. Miller's philosophical sea-faring tale is introduced by Edward Garnett, and illustrated with a double page title engraving and six chapter headpieces by Eric Gill. Bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe in quarter green levant morocco with marbled cloth over boards, titling and Cockerel device in gilt on spine, which shows some sunning. General rubbing to edges, some overall soiling, stray foxing to endpapers, else internally quite clean and very good. T.e.g.
