Frontispiece and additional drawing by Jorge Gumier Maier. Compiled here is a tremendous array of Latin American gay fiction, with representatives from Argentina, Mexico, Cuba, Chile, and Brazil. The whole is a significant selection, here under the imprint of a significant press: Gay Sunshine is the oldest LGBT publishing house in the United States, with Winston Leyland as its founder. Most of the press's publications were in periodicals or paperback, and its deluxe editions are very scarce, often given to libraries and contributors. Such is the case here, with the name of the translator, E. A. Lacey, on a strip laid in to the rear. Bound in pale paper over board backed in blue striped cloth. Fine.
