Quarto. (104)pp. Jose Gyenes (better known only by his last name), here lauds Antonio Ruiz Solier (or simply and more dashingly, "Antonio") chiefly with photogravures and tipped-in photographs of the dancer at work. Adding to the picture of the performer are intertitles on tissue guards, evocative of Antonio's Hollywood career, as well as reproductions of music, correspondence, and Antonio's own handwriting. Bound in quarter black leather with red cloth over boards, with gilt motif of director's chair stamped at upper cover. Original photograph housed in glassine sleeve, which was originally tipped in at the front flyleaf with painter's tape, and residue remains. Else a fine copy in a very good dust wrapper.
