Square 32mo. 5ff. Among the earliest Vigía publications, within its first three years of operation and while it functioned under greatest conviction to socialist principles. The latter became increasingly difficult to maintain as Cuba entered the Special Period of the 1990s, but books of the 1980s evince a particular commitment to resourcefulness, volunteerism, and collectivity to support the voice of the common poet, here a lawyer from Matanzas. Bound in plain wrappers with titling at paper label handwritten in pen, above which is a photographically framed portrait. Overall soiling, else very good. Currently among the scarcest of the Press's titles, with only one copy listed in OCLC, held in Germany.
