The upper panel of the card shows the Virgin Mary with hand-colored halo knitting with real yarn, a common material for the press, given its associations with resourcefulness. Inside is the newborn Christ, also haloed, on a bed of real straw. Light bump to one corner, lacking additional yarn and tag, else a very good example of Vigía ephemera.
