Small quarto. (vii)pp., (35)ff. The book itself is sewn in three sections, each of them in wrappers. The first section consists of a note about flies by Yglesias and a list of the Diptera. The 34 etchings are printed from plates on several different sorts and sizes of English handmade paper, interleaved with tissue, and presented in two sections. Many of the plates are additionally "in-painted" with watercolor. Very fine in full morocco chemise with morocco-backed and edged marbled clamshell box, this slightly rubbed.
