Blanck, in BAL, reports knowledge of the existence of the book's issuance in 2-in-1 format, but did not examine one. This copy also with the Fagan-Ashmead imprints to the copyright page. The scarcity of the format makes ascertaining its original binding quite difficult, but this appears to be feasibly such a case, in full brown calf with leather spine label. This rebacked, though neatly and retaining the relevant details and parephernalia. Edges rubbed as are boards. Very good. (BAL 3895)
