Auden's critical rehearsal of the Trojan War, and by extension his critique of war in general, won the National Book Award in 1956. Bound in blue paper over boards backed in tan cloth. Mild rubbing, else fine in a near fine dust wrapper with spine somewhat toned and pen mark to foot of upper panel.
