16mo. (6)ff. Hand-colored engravings throughout, in saturated colors keenly applied to images of the titular old woman and her endeavors on behalf of a favorite pig. The tale is told in verse beneath each illustration. Bound in plain printed wrappers, and the upper cover is unusually adorned with a pasted-on engraving, also colored. A scarce title, all the more so in this instance, with no copies recorded in OCLC. Some rubbing to edges, inch-long tear at tail of spine, else near fine.
