The Declaration of Sentiments arose from the 1848 women's rights convention in Seneca Falls, NY, and was an apt successor to Mary Wollstonecraft's A Vindication of the Rights of Woman, written over 50 years earlier. Bound in quarter blue morocco with paste paper over boards. Fine, in slipcase.
