One of the 140 copies bound by Sangorski & Sutcliffe in London with the bindery stamp to rear pastedown. Prospectus and note from the Press about the binding laid in with two printed specimens of "early and late signs," which were originally intended to be pasted to the inside covers but were left off "for aesthetic reasons," according to the Bird & Bull Bibliography (A6).
