The only book of the press, printed in Barnhardt's version of Morris Chaucer. Job (1901-1947), though Welsh, moved to America and made inroads as a playwright and screenwriter for Warner Brothers, most notably for the Humphrey Bogart-Barbara Stanwyck vehicle The Two Mrs. Carrolls and the WWII thriller Escape in the Desert. Kurtzman Philips contributed to other Midwest presses, including the Torch Press of Cedar Rapids and the Voyageur Press of Minneapolis.
