Octavo. Signed by Bruce Rogers at verso of title page and by all contributors at the limitation statement. A collection of seventeen signatures by seventeen different presses, including, among others, the Press of the Woolly Whale, the Harbor Press, and the Golden Hind Press; the respective sections also sport signatures. This a presentation copy from Goudy to Charles W. Smith, as signed at Goudy's "Evening at Deepdene." The title page was designed by Bruce Rogers with myriad ornaments and printed in brown and green. Partially unopened. Near fine in green cloth with leather labels. Lacking original dust wrapper, and a hint of rubbing and some toning to spine. A remarkable collection of presswork containing an equally remarkable collection of autographs. Laid in is an additional broadside celebrating Goudy, designed by Albert Schiller and printed by Advertising Agencies' Service Company Inc., Creative Typographers.
