Adding to its influence are to opening quotations drawn from Benjamin Disraeli and Arthur Balfour, both in support of the vote. Certainly its reprinting after the 1890 first edition suggests its appeal. Bound in plain illustrated wrappers. Stray exterior soiling, else near fine and quite scarce.
