At the rear of the accompanying envelope the reader is encouraged to separate the books into their distinct stories. Each one illustrated throughout in color to accompany its boat-specific narrative: the yacht, the passenger liner, the aircraft carrier, and the tugboat. The first image in each volume shows the appropriate captain in his appropriate garb - in their attached state, the panoramic view is quite amusing, with the naval officer in his tidy blues and the tugboat captain devilishly disheveled.
