A holiday greeting, signed from Heaney and his wife, Marie Devlin, to "Rosemary." Features the opening lines from a mummers' play performed by Country Derry Christmas Rhymers in the early 1940s; Heaney borrowed the lines for his own "Great Minds Lecture," entitled "Room to Rhyme," delivered at the 2003 University of Dundee graduation. Mild edge rubbing, slight soiling to rear, else near fine.
