16mo. vi, (ii), 207pp. An extension of Stevenson's celebrated Arabian Nights, which in this instance he reported as originated partly from a need for entertainment, partly from a need for money. Bound in pale green-blue printed wrappers. More copies were issued in wrappers than cloth, but the former are naturally vulnerable. This a square copy, with lower 1/2-inch of spine chipped away and the remaining material creased. Modest soiling and rubs otherwise. A very good copy, given the context. Housed in green four-flap chemise. (Beinecke 324)
