His lofty ambition results in a series of step-by-step guidelines and receives a keen graphic representation with a fold-out between pages 248 and 249, which explicates Culbertson's Quota Force Principle, otherwise known as "the solution of the dilemma which has thwarted all peace-planners." Bound in red cloth over boards. Some soiling to text block, moderate edgewear, else very good with Culbertson's initials in pencil to upper board. In good dust wrapper.
