Oblong small quarto. Unpaginated. Sayenko's linocuts of lighthouses and nautical wonders have been printed directly from the blocks onto original nautical charts. Sayenko has also identified various lighthouses in pencil throughout. These various hand-applied and original elements suggest the book as a found object, recovered from some shoreline as a vestige of one of the lighthouse legends narrated by Sayenko. Lighthouses of particular fascination here are those at Alexandria, Boon Island in Maine, Block Island in Rhode Island, and the Tolbukhin lighthouse in Russia.
