Octavo. 20pp. Printed by George Parker Winship is this re-editioning of Stevenson's address, written in 1888 "and equally pertinent to events at the opening of the Belfast Parliament." Stevenson's title is a coy bit of misdirection, a lead-in to his advocation for Irish Home Rule and his wish for America to take part. Sheets unopened, and gathered and held loose as issued in gray paper wrappers. Light soiling and creasing to exterior, else very good.
