Archive of materials relating to three of Stuarts publications, which she issued in the early '90s under the banner Imprinta Glorias: Boating with Bogart (1993), Christopher Isherwood's Commonplace Book (1993), and Remembering Casablanca (1994). The Bogart folder includes Stuart's typescript narrating her weekend sailing adventure with the titular film star. The two Isherwood folders contain proof prints of illustrations of various types of paper, the book prospectus, an unbound mock-up of the full production, a Christmas card from Stuart printed with an excerpt from W. B. Yeats's "The Land of Heart's Desire," and a 4pp pamphlet co-advertising Stuart and her longtime partner and collaborator, Ward Ritchie. The folder for Casablanca holds Ritchie's designs and drawings for the project and a typescript of author Julius Epstein's text edited by Stuart, with a note from her as cover sheet. An intriguing, multimedia collection illuminating the bookishness of a film star and hailing the intimacy of her personal and working relationship with Ritchie. Materials generally near fine.
