A printing of Beethoven's 1802 letter to his brothers, Karl and Johann, in which he attempted to communicate his feelings of rage, grief, and despair at the onset of his hearing loss. Beethoven was twenty-eight years old at the time. He never posted the letter, and it was not found until after his death in 1827. Bound in full brown paper with paper label. Fine.
