Three-color silkscreen poster. With text in Spanish and English, the poster features a prominent portrait of Victor Jara, the Chilean national poet among the many killed during the military junta of 1973 that installed Augusto Pinochet as dictator. A profound piece of ephemera that poses tyranny as a problem for the world at large, with Chile as a significant and tragic exemplar. Marginal wear including creasing to relatively thin paper and pinholes to corners, but overall bright and sturdy. Very good. Unrecorded in OCLC. (26 by 20 in.)
