58pp. Illustrated with a portrait of Anne Frank as the frontispiece. The subject of how the Frank family was betrayed by a person referred to in this text and elsewhere as "the unknown criminal" was recently the subject of an investigation led by a retired FBI agent, and chronicled by a Dutch filmmaker. The special edition is bound in full red morocco, gilt-stamped with Anne Frank's signature and with a 14 carat gold plated Star of David mounted to the upper cover. Housed in a drop-back box of matching red leather and marbled paper. Fine. (2 1/2 by 1 5/8; 65x42mm).
