Jan Elsted printed the blocks, and Crispin Elsted assisted in the overall printing of the project. Fine in quarter green morocco with green, gilt-titled label inlaid and paper over boards printed from blocks engraved by the artist especially for this volume. Housed with proof in slipcase.
